How do I create my first story?

Creating your first story is easy:

1. Open the AI Story Generator app
2. Tap the "Create New Story" button
3. Select your preferred genre (Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Romance, etc.)
4. Customize your story settings (length, tone, characters)
5. Tap "Generate Story" and watch the magic happen!

What genres are available?

AI Story Generator offers a wide variety of genres including Fantasy, Science Fiction, Romance, Mystery, Horror, Adventure, Thriller, Historical Fiction, and more. You can also mix multiple genres to create unique story combinations!

Can I edit the generated stories?

Yes! All stories can be edited after generation. Simply tap on any part of the story to make changes, add your own content, or refine the AI-generated text to match your vision perfectly.

How do I save my stories?

Stories are automatically saved to your device. You can access all your saved stories from the "My Stories" section in the app. Stories can also be exported as text files or shared directly through social media, email, or messaging apps.

The app is not generating stories

If story generation isn't working, try these solutions:

• Check your internet connection - AI generation requires an active connection
• Restart the app completely
• Make sure you're running the latest version of the app
• Try generating a shorter story first
• If the issue persists, contact our support team

App crashes or freezes

To resolve crashes or freezing:

• Force close the app and reopen it
• Restart your device
• Check for app updates in the App Store
• Ensure your iOS is up to date
• Clear the app cache from Settings
• If problems continue, try reinstalling the app

Stories not saving

If your stories aren't being saved:

• Check if you have sufficient storage space on your device
• Ensure the app has permission to access storage
• Try manually saving the story using the save button
• Restart the app and check if previous stories appear

In-app purchases not working

For purchase issues:

• Verify your payment method is valid in your Apple ID settings
• Check your internet connection
• Restart the app and try again
• Restore purchases from the app settings
• Contact Apple Support if payment was charged but feature didn't unlock

Do I need an account?

No account is required to use AI Story Generator. However, creating an optional account allows you to sync your stories across multiple devices and access them from anywhere.

How do I restore my purchases?

To restore previous purchases, go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the original purchase.

How do I delete my data?

To delete all your stories and app data, go to Settings > Privacy > Delete All Data. This action cannot be undone, so make sure to export any stories you want to keep first.

Is the app free?

Yes! AI Story Generator is free to download and use with basic features. Premium features like unlimited story generation, advanced customization, and exclusive genres are available through in-app purchases or subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select AI Story Generator
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Can I get a refund?

Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Select the purchase and choose "Request a Refund". Apple will review and respond to your request.
